???? organizing educational campaigns to inform war veterans and their families;

???? researching the possibility of introducing new methods of treating psychological and mental problems in civilians and veterans affected by military operations;

????For both parties, the signing of the Memorandum was an important step in joining forces and providing assistance to veterans and their families who have faced psychological and mental problems as a result of the war in Ukraine.
