The Ministry of Veterans Affairs, represented by Natalia Kalmykova, Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, and Expio Medical Center, represented by Vladyslav Matrenytskyi, Director, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to achieve a common goal: to support Ukrainian citizens affected by war and military operations.
We agreed to cooperate in the following areas:
improving medical care and psychosocial support for Ukrainian veterans;
organizing educational campaigns to inform war veterans and their families;
researching the possibility of introducing new methods of treating psychological and mental problems in civilians and veterans affected by military operations;
organizing joint lectures, seminars, and roundtables to share information and disseminate best practices.
For both parties, the signing of the Memorandum was an important step in joining forces and providing assistance to veterans and their families who have faced psychological and mental problems as a result of the war in Ukraine. Together we can effectively implement innovative solutions to restore the mental and psychological health of Ukrainian veterans.
