Somatic (physical) health is the most important component in the complex structure of human health. This state of the organism is characterized by the adaptive possibilities of adaptation to various environmental factors, the level of physical development, the functional and physical readiness of the organism to perform physical exercises. It is determined by the body's ability to self-regulate.
Psychologists distinguish such concepts as "mental health" and "psychological health" for the purpose of clarification. The first is connected with individual mental processes and mechanisms, and the second with the individual in general and in close connection with the highest manifestations of the human spirit. According to many authors, a close relationship between these concepts is shown, for example, at three levels of health: psychophysiological, individual-psychological, and personal. Further…
Psychophysiological health refers to mental health whereas individual psychological and personal health refers to psychological well-being or psychological state. Taking into account the views of many researchers on the problem of psychological health, we can conclude that it is a characteristic of general personal well-being, which contains a number of components: intellectual, emotional and social aspects of personality formation.
Dwelling in more detail on the differences between the terms "mental" and "psychological" health, a number of criteria by which they can be divided should be noted. When assessing the level of mental health, the most informative are:
- Correspondence of subjective images to reflected objects of reality and the nature of reactions - stimuli of the external meaning of life events.
- According to the age level of personality maturity, the sphere is emotional-volitional and cognitive.
- Adaptability in micro social relations. The ability to competently plan life goals and remain active in their achievement.
Psychological aspects of reproductive health are closely related to the presence of gynecological diseases and disorders. For example, if there is low self-esteem and a sense of guilt in connection with delayed sexual development, late formation of secondary sexual characteristics, cosmetic defects, early puberty, then in the reproductive period, a sense of guilt due to infertility in marriage, miscarriage is more often noted.
The main factors of reproductive behavior are a complex of socio-psychological conditions and attitudes that determine the specifics of reproductive behavior of women both at the individual and the general social level.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT) is a modality capable of influencing the perception and processing of a traumatic event and traumatic experience. The substance actively affects the patient's subconscious, deeply immersing him in the world of his own experiences. The brain "reboots" in a new perception of consciousness, the effect of transformation of the patient's condition is achieved. PAT causes rethinking and re-evaluation of situations, self-awareness and life orientations. The patient experiences internal uplift, the state of anxiety and depression is eliminated. A person becomes more self-confident, communicative, balanced, positive thinking, creatively active and spiritually open. The level of internal discomfort and tension begins to decrease, self-esteem increases, a new life meaning is established, and relationships with other people improve.
Features of the objective and subjective factors of the reproductive sphere of modern women require specific methods of psychotherapy and their analysis.
