Somatic (physical) health is the most important component in the complex structure of human health. For the sake of clarity, psychologists distinguish between such concepts as "mental health" and "psychological health". The former is associated with individual mental processes and mechanisms, and the latter with the individual as a whole and in close connection with the highest manifestations of the human spirit. Psychophysiological health refers to mental health, while individual psychological and personal health refers to psychological well-being or psychological state. Taking into account the views of many researchers on the problem of psychological health, we can conclude that it is a characteristic of overall personal well-being, which contains a number of components: intellectual, emotional and social aspects of personality formation.
Dwelling in more detail on the differences between the terms "mental" and "psychological" health, there are a number of criteria that can be used to distinguish them. When assessing mental health, the most informative are:
- The correspondence of subjective images to reflected objects of reality and the nature of reactions to stimuli of external significance of life events.
- According to the age level of personality maturity, the sphere is emotional and volitional and cognitive.
- Adaptability in micro social relationships. Ability to plan life goals and remain active in achieving them.
Psychological aspects of reproductive health are very closely related to the presence of gynecological diseases and disorders. For example, while low self-esteem and guilt are associated with delayed sexual development, late formation of secondary sexual characteristics, cosmetic defects, and early puberty, in the reproductive period, guilt is more commonly noted due to infertility in marriage and miscarriage.
The main factors of reproductive behavior are a set of socio-psychological conditions and attitudes that determine the specifics of women's reproductive behavior at both the individual and the general social level.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT) is a medication that can influence the perception and processing of traumatic events and traumatic experiences. The substance actively affects the patient's subconscious, deeply immersing him or her in the world of their own experiences. The brain is "rebooted" in a new perception of consciousness, and the effect of transforming the patient's condition is achieved. PAT causes a rethinking and reassessment of situations, self-awareness, and life goals. The patient experiences an internal uplift, eliminates anxiety and depression. The person becomes more self-confident, sociable, balanced, positive, creative, and spiritually open. The level of internal discomfort and tension begins to decrease, self-esteem increases, a new life meaning is laid, and relationships with other people improve.
The peculiarities of objective and subjective factors in the reproductive sphere of modern women require specific methods of psychotherapy and their analysis.
