   • of childhood trauma,

   • broken attachment,

   • a distorted image of oneself and the world.

6. Transform post-traumatic stress into:

   • post-traumatic growth,

   • awakening of suppressed vital resources.

7. Develop an individualized healing strategy that includes:

   • awareness,

   • internal transformation,

   • return to a full life.

8. Restore the will to live an activating life:

   • the immune system,

   • natural mechanisms of self-healing.

9. Change the attitude to the disease:

   • from passivity to responsibility,

   • from surrender to active movement forward.
