What is an anxiety disorder?

Anxiety disorder is a disturbance of mental harmony , which, unlike ordinary short-term anxiety, lasts for at least 6 months and fills a person's life with fear, uncertainty, and internal tension.

Over time, anxiety becomes entrenched and turns into a personality trait — anxiety , which is a key factor in chronic distress and indicates the depletion of a person's adaptive reserves .
