Psychotherapeutic ketamine-assisted group The Expio Medical Center sincerely invites you to join a unique psychotherapeutic group process.

Who will benefit from this group:

  • if psychological issues remain unresolved after individual therapy;

  • if you still feel anxious, lonely, emotionally burnt out, or depressed;

  • if you find it difficult to maintain the quality of life you want;

  • if you are currently undergoing individual therapy and want to enhance its effect.

Group therapy helps not only to deepen personal experience but also to find support among like-minded people. In an atmosphere of trust and safety, you can move towards emotional stability with those who understand you.

Why you should join:

  • A safe environment - you can speak or be silent, be yourself, without judgment and advice from "couch experts".

  • Deeper transformation - the group format is more active in stimulating internal changes than individual therapy.

  • Ketamine is a powerful tool - under the supervision of specialists, it helps to process the experience more deeply.

Professional basis:

The protocol was developed jointly with the American foundation Heal Trauma Ukraine, with the participation of Ukrainian psychiatrists and psychologists. We have already conducted the first group of training in Ukraine and are ready to share our experience.

Participant's feedback:

"I could never fully understand before how being in the stories of the Other could help my vulnerable traumatized parts and my Protectors to make me me - real, open, the one I dreamed of. The group helps me trust myself, accept myself, forgive myself and be in better contact with the world."
