Terms and Conditions of Service

in the center of psychotherapy, psychosomatics and psychedelic medicine "Expio"

Your appointment constitutes your automatic acceptance of the following rules:

1. The duration of one psychotherapeutic session is 50 - 60 minutes, medical - up to two hours. The session starts only at the appointed time (even if you arrived earlier) and ends after it expires (even if you are late or did not have time to tell something important). Time belonging to other clients is their property. The personal time of specialists in between sessions is necessary for their rest and recuperation.

2. In cases where the patient's psyche works slowly and for the full completion of the session it is necessary to extend its time as an exception, this overtime is paid in proportion to the tariff.

3. If you are late, the session time will not be extended and you will pay in full. The center has the right to cancel an appointment with a deduction of its financial cost if you are late by 20 minutes or more. If a specialist has the opportunity to see you after you are late, the delay will be paid additionally at current rates.

4. To make an appointment for an initial diagnostic appointment, you must make an advance payment within 24 hours and send a receipt or a screenshot to the administrator. If payment is not made by the end of the next day, your booking will be cancelled.

5. If the reception is canceled 24 or more hours in advance, the prepayment will be fully refunded, 50% of the amount will be refunded 6-24 hours in advance. If canceled less than 6 hours in advance, the prepayment is not refundable, but the appointment can be rescheduled for another day.

6. A session missed without notice is subject to full payment regardless of the reason for the missed session. By skipping an appointment without warning, you deprive the specialist of work and the opportunity to offer this time to another client. We count on mutual respect and responsibility for the obligations assumed.

7. The Center has the right to refuse further provision of services if you do not fulfill the conditions of therapy, in particular the performance of independent (home) tasks.

8. No personal data and details of your sessions will be transferred by the center to third parties orally or in writing, including your family members or relatives, without your written consent, except in cases where this condition is contrary to the legislation of Ukraine.

9. You agree to maintain confidentiality of the center's copyright in respect of the details and features of the methods of therapy used.
