In October, Vladyslav Matrenytskyi, Director of the Experio Center, took part in the international conference "Ketamine - Psychotherapy - Brain Stimulation" in Frankfurt am Main. The event, organized by the Dr. Sheib Institute in cooperation with the Psychedelia Foundation, aimed to bring these methods together, inform interested colleagues about the current state of research and demonstrate practical applications.
Vladyslav Matrenytskyi made a presentation on "Ketamine-Assisted Therapy in Ukraine and in the Context of War," in which he shared our experience of helping civilians and veterans with depression and PTSD.
The conference presented an innovative, interdisciplinary combination of ketamine infusions, psychotherapy, and brain stimulation, an approach that is highly effective but rarely used in practice, including transcranial magnetic and electrical stimulation, photobiomodulation, and neurofeedback.
Well-known international experts demonstrated how technological advances and miniaturization allow for a wider application of evidence-based neurostimulation methods.
The knowledge gained will allow the Experio Clinic to apply new methods that will improve the results of our patients' therapy.
